Doubtless Bay – Opposite where Shaun Quincey landed

WELLINGTON, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Trans-Tasman rower Shaun Quincey succeeded in his bid to row across the Tasman Sea,
reaching New Zealand's Northland coast on Sunday afternoon, 54 days after setting off in his boat Tasman Trespasser.
The Auckland rower completed his 2200 km solo journey on Sunday, swimming the last 300 meters or so to make it to shore
at 90 Mile Beach about 12:35 p.m. (23:35 GMT Saturday), Radio New Zealand reported.
